And use your isp's dns servers:

If your software requires DNS server settings, use: 207.69.188.185,
207.69.188.186, and 207.69.188.187

You can modify /etc/resolv.conf from a terminal:

$ gksu gedit /etc/resolv.conf

then enter:
nameserver 207.69.188.185
nameserver 207.69.188.186
nameserver 207.69.188.186
and save the file.

Now try to ping yahoo.com and google.com.
