how to use qemu arml image

i have created qemu-armel-200906120953.img using following command on my
ubuntu machine.
 sudo ./build-arm-rootfs --fqdn qemu-test --login qemu --password qemupwd
--notarball

can somebody tell me what i have to do next?
how to use this image?
