Consider removing vim-tiny from Ubuntu in the future

I think vi(m) can be used in scripts and is sorta expected to be there. Try nano if you can't re-configure vim. 

Also this should go on ubuntu-devel-discuss, not here. But I doubt anyone would respond there.
