pidgin problem in unbuntu 8.04 LTS

Dear friends,
                     I am facing pidgin problem in all my office system .
Whenever  any user open pidgin then it is disconnect automatically in few
minutes and they open it again . This problem is running continuously . I
try do connect yahoo , gmail and other but they are also not connect . Then
i download  pidgin_2.4.1.orig.tar.gz and pidgin-2.5.6.tar.bz2 ,
pidgin_2.4.1.orig.tar.gz , pidgin_2.5.2-1~getdeb1_i386.deb  version and
install it but my problem as it is now . When i try to connect yahoo then
that id is disable not doing enable now i send some snap shoot .

Please help me to solve that problem and which version pidgin i download and
install send me link , installation process also.
