Thanx mark but I don't feel comfortable with virtualBox and prefer to dual boot with Mac OS X (10.5 leopard) so it would be very nice if any one could guide me through the dual boot procedure

(the reason I ask this question is coz in my college they require all their students to buy a laptop and they only allow mac and windows laptops. And windows laptops are JUST PLAIN UNSAFE, so I have only one option and that is a Mac)

I have been running 9.04 inside VirtualBox on a MBP since the April
release. If you don't want to go to the hassle of setting up a dual-boot
machine, you might consider a virtual machine.
I leave VB up and running in one space (virtual desktop) and can
seamlessly move between the two operating systems.
