[Chioma Udeaja]

I recently had updated my ubuntu 8.04 because it said I had some new ones and felt I needed to. I had been using wireless internet connection all this while. However, when my laptop was updated, the wireless connection button disappear altogether. So now i can't use it. How do i get rid of the updates and get my wireless Internet connection button back and showing?
