Adding an ext4 partition to fstab

OS: Ubuntu 9.04 x64.
My system has two HDDs, and I have installed Ubuntu 9.04 x64 in the first HDD, and created a primary ext4
partition on the whole second drive, with GParted that comes from the repositories.
How can I add it to /etc/fstab? I mean what parameters should I use?
Also if anyone knows how to format the ext4 partition with mkfs manually, with "large4" setting for files, I
would be grateful.
Thanks,
