Online upgrade to 9.04

I ran into this situation on a 8.04 to 8.10 upgrade last year. I
solved it by using a spare partition and mounting it at
/var/cache/apt/archives, and then doing the update-manager shuffle.

So, I suggest mounting your SD card there. Don't worry about the prior
content of that directory, it'll likely all get overwritten with newer
files anyway.
