Trying to download the FULL Ubuntu 8.04.2 LTS Desktop-i386 iso...

Help, when I click on this ISO download, it comes up as only a 33.8Mb download!!! I am trying to download the full installation ISO to install on my older computer. Can anyone tell me where the full ISO for Ubuntu 8.04.2 for the desktop is located?

I have downloaded the 9.0.4 i386 ISO and successfully burned it to a CD and tried to install it and the ALTERNITIVE CD ISO and both of them run for about the first 5 minutes and then they both have locked up on my machine. Has anyone else had this problem? I am trying to install the OS on an AOpen AX59Pro motherboard with the Via MVP3 chipset and an AMD K6-III @ 450Mhz and 786Mb ram. 

I have had no problems loading FreeBSD Unix on this same machine.
