Indeed. however,
1) I never claimed that this could not be abused.
    in fact this is what the moderator step is for.

2) I did not state this should be used as is -
 just presented an idea that i thought could've been built upon.
Hence i see little point in your statement, apart maybe from showing off 
your shell scripting skills.

your script could be blocked by checking the source of the message.
and yes such a system could still be abused in other ways.
In fact if one's intent is to break something there is always a way, so 
lets not start yet another troll here.
