Wubi seems stuck during download

No I didn't try safe graphic mode but I will give it a try. Yes my
connection seems to be on and off this morning. The wubi installation from
the dvd stopped because the permission is denied. I will try to unplug
internet also and see if that help if not I will create a different
partition which will solve my problem.
To answer the next email:  yes I can unplug internet since everything is on
the DVD and doesn't need to download anymore.
