Nvidia, Dual Monitor - Windows on wrong monitor

Hi All

Just wondering if there is a fix or perhaps a patch for the bug:

To do with windows opening on the wrong display?

I have seen the bash -c workaround but just does not seem feasible trying to
always use it!
