I just checked the menus in Ekiga and sadly it doesn't even remotely
have the features that the old NetMeeting had/has.
I am 80% sure I used an application from the repos back in the days of
version 6.x. Someone else with a better brain than mine can lead you to
the right package name and from there I suppose you can compile a
version suited for the now. The application was not far from Ekiga in
interface, but you just needed to set the protocol to H323 and there was
white-board, desktop, chat and possibly also camera.
