  $ apt-file find cmake/modules/FindKDE4Internal.cmake
  kdelibs5-dev: /usr/share/kde4/apps/cmake/modules/FindKDE4Internal.cmake

If you are building from a source package, then you might also try:

  $ aptitude build-dep <blah>
