Cannot install OOo 3.1 from openoffice-pkgs

To add the key, the simplest way is:

$ sudo apt-key adv --recv-keys --keyserver keyserver.ubuntu.com 247D1CFF

$ sudo apt-key adv --recv-keys --keyserver keyserver.ubuntu.com 247D1CFF
[sudo] password for gg2xp:

And after adding the ppa's & updating I get:

$ apt-cache policy openoffice.org

  Installed: 1:3.0.1-9ubuntu3

     1:3.1.0~rc2-1ubuntu1~jaunty1 0

Note: I've not installed as you can see from the above, but the packages
are definately there.
