It's too bad the document viewers in linux don't yet include basic
adding, removing, and rearranging pdf pages. The Preview image viewer
in Mac OS X does, and it's quite handy on that platform. MOST of the
editing I need to do to pdf files would be handled nicely by such an
enhancement. The pdftk utilities do the job, but with a lot more fuss.
