procmail tips and tricks

Another suggestion: if you are running postfix, you can add most of
these recipes (in a somewhat different formatting) to your postfix
header and/or body checks. That way they will be rejected even before
they enter your mailserver.

Only problem: I don't know what will happen if you reject a lot of
messages from this list.
