I would have thought they would be glad to be free of the shackles that 
their bosses put on them. If they were really interested in what raising 
the bar. Not having to work around age old code, not having to implement 
consumer enslaving software (eg: scan every media file being copied in 
the initial release of Vista) and so on. It is not as if they are not 
welcome to Linux is it now?

Or perhaps you are more than happy to deal with all the crap that you 
get from installing, maintaining, and administrating Windows environments?
