Hi
I have extensive knowledge when it comes to computer hardware, most
Microsoft packages.
But with Ubunta I am having all sorts of problems installing programs
that have been downloaded of the web, I do not mean the the add/remove
programs.
For example trying to operate the chat program to do with IRC just to
communicate with people to learn more about Linux or Ubunta, so far no
luck with any, just great frustration.
Do you know of any courses over the web or locally on how to operate
Ubunta, I think it is the terms that throw us of.
I switched from microsoft products over to Ubunta because of less
problems but I am re thinking of going back to microsoft because being
able to understand the software.
The help lines on the Ububta home page just going around in circles.
Thanks Craig
