It's not just you. There are neither "In-Reply-To" nor "References" 
headers in Anthony's posts.
My Thunderbird falls back to grouping those messages by subject. This 
makes every post from Anthony in this thread appear as a response to his 
OP. No at all the way it's meant to be, of cause. But the clutter is a 
bit easier to bear.
