If after moving a PPT file from one machine to another all the images  
disappear, this is usually a sign that the original document did not  
embed the pictures in the document, but just referenced the original  
copies on the first pc. Of course, if you then copy the ppt file to  
another machine those references no longer work and the pictures  
disappear.

I believe there is an option somewhere to control whether the images  
are embeded or referenced. For other reasons embeding is the safest  
option.

Also, if you don't need the person you are sending the copy to to be  
able to edit the document, it is perhaps better to save the document  
as a PDF instead, as this is generally much more portable.
