Oh dear! That explains why things are looking a bit shaky: "Canonical’s 
Desktop Experience Team". The word 'experience' has been so badly abused 
recently that it's become almost meaningless, but when it's senselessly 
used in a label, you know it's just marketing blurb.

Despite my moaning, thanks for the link - although it is appalling 
written. I'd still be interested in knowing where the debate is taking 
place, though.

I'd like to run this, but I don't know what impact it would have on kde. 
And it's clear from the comments that it's broken, in any case.
