I have no idea what "Integrated Yahoo chat" is, but kopete or pidgin
will allow you to access Yahoo! Messenger, MSN/Windows Live Messenger, 
Google Talk/Jabber, AIM, etc.
Well...I think Kopete doesn't do google talk, but pidgin does.
Pidgin will not do video, though, and kopete will.
