Simple photo improvements: Fotoxx or alternatives?

Not to seem argumentative, but digikam does all of that, with a UI that's 
quite easy to figure out.

Perhaps the user needs to be willing to commit a little time and effort into 
learning to use a great tool, rather than sending you searching for something 
that requires no effort?
