It will get you the proper names and versions of the software you need,
which you can then download and transfer by USB stick or whatever.

If you use the 'generate download script' option under the file menu,
it will create a text file you could transfer by USB stick to the
machine that does have internet, and even if that machine isn't a linux
box, you can open it up as a text file and click the links to download
the packages you need.  Try it!
