/me rotfl. I did not realize that ATI or even Nvidia based 
laptops/desktops were unaffordable. Geez, I wonder how ATI managed to 
stay as the biggest graphics chip manufacturer at a time when Nvidia was 
King of the Hill with regards to 3D performance...could it be because 
they owned the integrated cheap graphics market?


Hey, you know what? I got a new replacement desktop for 365USD (no 
monitor) and it came with AMD/ATI graphics. Intel is not the cheap 
solution, it is the crappy solution. Yeah, it comes with open source 
drivers but I don't care. It is stability and performance that I care about.
