I think a link to /https://help.ubuntu.com/community/WICD/ would be more 
suitable then a link to your own page. The instructions seem to be clear 
on the Ubuntu community page.

/https://help.ubuntu.com/community/WikiGuide/ and consider providing 
constructive and useful feedback.
