Hi

My root fs became readonly as shown in dmesg (http://pastebin.com/f43f31765)

I tried to remount as read/write and failed

# mount -o remount,rw /
[389436.605649] ext3_abort called.
[389436.643091] EXT3-fs error (device dm-1): ext3_remount: Abort forced by user
mount: block dev[389436.729483] ext3_abort called.
ice /dev/mapper/[389436.783286] EXT3-fs error (device dm-1):
ext3_remount: nvidia_eeffhbef1Abort forced by user is write-protec
ted, mounting read-only

Do I need to reboot?

A: Because it messes up the order in which people normally read text.
Q: Why is top-posting such a bad thing?
