Hi, it's not just an invoicing software, because it's a complete ERP
system, but i can suggest you to visit:
http://www.openerp.com and http://www.openobject.com
OpenObject (the framework behind OpenERP) provides more than 500
additional modules, including POS plugins.
Some guys from Spain have released a nice KDE gui, useful when you need
to work with touchscreen POS devices
