As true Ubuntuers I think we should be kind and understanding
toward the less-than-knowledgeable, whoever they may be. 
 
From my own past experience I can verify that sometimes Linux (OK,
maybe not so much Ubuntu) can be /very/ frustrating.  Some people react
badly to frustration and even worse toward those who ridicule them for
their frustration and misunderstanding.
IOW, be nice; it could be /your/ frustration to next vex someone.

That said, I am in no way advocating moderation which is simply another
word for censorship.  We are all, if not adults, at least fairly
mature.  Lets act like it and not give Ubuntuites a bad name for the
impressionable youths hereabouts.
