You are of course referring to the "left coast" of the USA. We on the
'right' side of North America tend to think (rightly so) that we are the
center of the universe :-)

Now Karl... Karl is neither 'right' or 'left'; he is "Mountain" time
zone (UTC-7/-6) so doesn't count. :-)

I recommend that we file a bug (don't forget to use apport!) and use
Nepal (UTC (GMT) + 5.75) instead.

Note: India doesn't count as it uses UTC (GMT) +5.5. Timing to 45
minutes on the hour (Nepal) is certainly more accurate than using zones
that only time on the hour or half hour - so they don't count. UTC & GMT
(who voted for GMT anyway?) should also be changed to NT: Nepal Time &
Ubuntu's NTP should be modifed to sync accordingly. :-)
