Suspend not working after upgrade 9.04 -> 9.10

On my keyboard I have a Zz button. When I press that, the computer goes to
sleep.
That was, until I upgraded from 9.04 to 9.10 beta. Now the Zz button does
nothing.

What would be the obvious places to start researching?
What would be the package to report a bug for?
