Streaming Video Server

What is the software needed to do a streaming video server?

I have a video camera for a special event, behind about 3 firewalls
which I do not have access to.

I have a computer with a monitor to display the video, at a hotel, with
at least one firewall I can not access.

Since both devices can get out, I need a server between them so the
camera can dump the streaming video to the server. And the Display can
get the streaming video from the server.

I have FiOS with 1Mb up and 15Mb down so I have enough Internet speed
for the server, and I can open up any ports on the NAT router I need.

Also how fast does the computer need to be. 1 GHz fast enough or do I
need something faster?

What is the quickest/easiest way to do this?
