Actually this is a bit dated.  Try searching for "bootcamp ubuntu
intrepid" or "bootcamp ubuntu jaunty", etc. instead.  Should be doable
though.

I'm pretty sure you can also install your own bootloader instead of
bootcamp - my memory's a bit rusty, but I think GRUB works on macs...
