If you look in var/cache/apt/archives you will see them all there,
unless you have cleared it out.  At least that is the case for me on
8.10.

I believe that if you just copy the files into var/cache/apt/archives
on another pc (via CD if that is what you want, I use rsync) then apt
will see them there and use them rather than downloading again.
