No Sound with qemu 0.11.0

Hello.

Into my Ubuntu GNU/Linux 9.10 i use Qemu for emulate others distros and
systems. In the previous versions of Ubuntu and Qemu all worked okey,
but with Karmic Koala, there is a sound problem that i am not able to
solve. The guest systems don't get a working sound.

Is it a "known problem"?, anybody has this fail?, anybody knows a
solution for this?.
