Rhythmbox unable to connect to Music Store

Hello everyone,

I have been covering Ubuntu One and the Ubuntu One Music Store on
Ghacks.net lately, but recently Rhythmbox has been unable to connect to
the music store, giving me the error "504 Gateway time-out".

It looks like it is related to this issue:

Is that the case? And, if so, is there a fix (it looks like there is a
temp fix, but it is not reported).
