What is the best pdf editor for ubuntu?

i downloaded the sun extension for pdf editing and installed but i don't
see a feature added in any of the oo apps.

and all the suggestions given in ubuntu forums are obsolete.

can anyone suggest me a good app in which i can edit a 70 page pdf file?

PS: apart from the sun extension i downloaded 'pdf editor' but that also
is not good.
