What is the best pdf editor for ubuntu?

         True expert information about Adobe and the PDF format. It has 
been true for many years that Adobe gives away it's viewer of pdf files, 
but it cost a lot to buy the software for making a pdf file. Along came 
Open Office from Orical that makes a pdf file if desired from it's 
writer system.

     A pdf from Open Office can be changed in the writer if you get the 
proper added feature from their web page.

     In my opinion, Adobe has done many good things for Linux free. But 
they are a company that has to turn a profit and they should. This has 
become VERY difficult since the Bank-Bubble broke. We should expect 
Adobe to do things that maximize their profit.
