Diff of rc & beta2 10.04 isos - size, availability?

Will you please tell me the diff size of these 2 isos? Thanks.

kubuntu-10.04-rc-alternate-amd64.iso         19-Apr-2010 11:52  685M  
kubuntu-10.04-beta2-alternate-amd64.iso         06-Apr-2010 01:10  655M  


If it is small, say, < 50%*700MB, might  ubuntu put that diff on the iso page?  That would save some dl time & cost.
