Prevent Mysql starting at boot

Thanks a lot for James' and Maxime's patient replies. But moving
S80mysql to K80mysql dose the same with "update-rc.d mysql remove".
Actually, the problem is that besides sysv runlevel system, init daemon
process has it's own configuration on what to be started. In
the /etc/init directory, there are init configuration files, and the one
for mysql service is mysql.conf. In mysql.conf it tells init to start
mysql when network devices and locale file system are ready, so only
deactivating mysql in sysv runlevel system does not working.
