Synaptic shows a package locked but dpkg shows it without letter 'h'

Hi,
'~$ dpkg -l \* | grep kexi;
ii kexi 1:1.6.3-7ubuntu10 integrated database environment for the KDE'

Synaptic shows the package in the column 'S' with a padlock symbol; menu
Package > 'Lock version'=asserted.

Should the first command not show as the first letter an h?
'~$ sudo apt-get dist-upgrade' did not care and deleted this package.
Why?
[Ubuntu 10.04 LTS]

Regards,
Detlef Lechner
