Sun's Wonderland project found backing and moved to the OpenWonderland
project. It's a HUGE project. 3D world building and audio/video
conferencing with both open source server and client. Cross platform,
too. Using Linux or BSD you can open X11 applications within world.
Luckily, it has survived. Ellison will kick himself for dumping this
one. We were lucky that someone grabbed all of the documentation off of
java.net before they erased all of the wiki and email histories.
Here's the new site. There can be life that thrives after Sun. :) Ric
