Thanks, NoOp, but I think it has something to do with this:

development of Galeon in its current form, saying “the current approach
is unsustainable” in the resources required for maintenance."
GQview's last release was in 2006 so it is probably not maintained any
longer.
Gtop looks un-maintained, too, as its latest stable version dates from
2002.
Ah, well, there are alternatives; the beauty of Linux.
