because most of the kde packages failed to build from source on amd64
[1] due to active development being done on them ... so its very likely
one of k3b's dependencies simply isnt ready atm ... 
thats the nature of a development release and usually happens often
unless we are in an archive freeze in preparation of milestone images
(alphas/betas)
