Please, look again at what I wrote above. I simply wanted to know if Ray
can establish a TCP connection to a port other than 80 on
www.linuxforums.org, i. e. whether or not Ray's problem is specific to
port 80. I never said that such a connection, if it could be
established, would be "useful" for anything.
