1. Your keyboard is broken, get a replacement. Seems like caps lock is 
stuck.

2. You are mailing with Thunderbird on Windows. Are you 200% sure that 
your question is about Ubuntu Linux?

3. To clean your disk, install Bleachbit. Ask again if you don't know 
how to install that.

4. You do not need to defragment your disk if you are a typical home 
user. This is only relevant if you have a €100.000 supercomputer with a 
petabyte (1000 terabyte, 1000000 gigabyte) disk. But then you would be 
rich enough to pay expensive consultants and you wouldn't ask that 
question on a mailing list.
