Huawei EC1260 Modem on ubuntu 9.10

Friends;

I am Huawei EC1260 using this modem
on ubuntu 9.04 and its network manager
is so cool that it has instantly discovered
the modem.

Also I could also create adhoc network
and convert my laptop into the hotspot.

All this is done with the GUI and no command
prompt keys.
