Wireless net book won't work

You might want to specify what model of "dell netbook" it is... Or, in
particular, what WiFi chipset it uses. My EeePC 900 has a chipset that
required me to install NDISWRAPPERS (look for ndisgtk - sudo apt-get
install ndisgtk - which will install it all for you) and the
manufactor's Windows XP drivers (get it on the driver CD or on Dell's
web support downloads site for your machine) for it to work in Ubuntu
10.04 ...
