Tolerance for "all"?

Possibly the most important point is that if one is asking people to
help then it is vital not to upset or offend them.  It is in ones own
best interests to conform to the norm of behaviour even if one thinks
that the norm is unreasonable (which I do not by the way).  In a group
such as this that has contributors from all over the world one must be
particularly careful as language that one culture or class may
consider only relatively mild can be offensive in another.
